It was a great holidays for us. Good servis. Food was also good. What we really loved was the beach. One of the best what we saw in Egypt. Great Animation team - good people, everyone was nice and super friendly. We had a good time and we gonna comeback one day :)

Reception good Hisham is the best 😁 Really, this is our second stay in this hotel, we are so satissfied! Everything is so nice, the beach and cristal clear sea, good food and GOOD PEOPLE! Everyone was so nice to us, always positive and smilling, they really know how to please their guests. I want also to point out that this hotel has everything which is nesseccery for people wirh special needs. 👍👏👏👏 Rooms are clean and big, we had two balconies! Of course, we got the room with sea view! I would recommend to all types of guest to come in Egypt and visit hotel Mercure because this is the best choice when we speak about price and quality which you can get in this range.

I give this resort 5 stars 95% because of the PEOPLE <3. But first about the resort: Resort is beautiful, at certain points little bit dated (they are doing updates) but beautiful nonetheless. Location - 15min from the airport, this resort is right on the beach, PERFECTLY located surrounded with a beautiful greenery, the most awesome lawns and flower arrangements. Food - this is the area that needs improvement :-( Yes you can find something for yourself but the food is somewhat repetitive and too intense on spices (ok to offer maybe 30% of meals with Egyptian spices but not majority of them). Pool - 3 pools available, that are absolutely stunning, but maybe little bit cold for my taste. We spent most of the time on the beach/sea. Rooms - very cozy, as I said above maybe a bit dated but nonetheless very solid 4.5 stars. Entertainment - very nice, you literally have all day activities with a very nice animators. and FINALLY the most important "ingredient" PEOPLE. PEOPLE at this resort are simply AMAZING. Lemme say it again - AMAZING. Very friendly, forthcoming, talkative and open to help you in any way. Let me mention few names.... at the reception, OMAR with a big smile and always at your disposal. At the beach, OSSAMA what an awesome young guy with a big bright smile at 40c :-) Room maintenance, MOHAMMED, we absolutely LOVE this guy - went far beyond our highest expectations, bringing fruits from the kitchen, making towel arrangements in our room, and all with a smile. Doctor at site, DR ABDELRAHMAN is simply amazing guy, very talkative and forthcoming. I had a health issue and doctor came 3 times during the night within minutes. SIMPLY AMAZING. At the beach I want to mention HAMZA offering spa services that are pretty nice, and super nice lady named SUMMER (hair, nails, beauty salon ) with the brightest smile ever. Finally I want to mention most likeable guy ever, one of the restaurant managers ABDEL. OMG what a nice guy, he really really took care of us - - and WHEN (not if, but when) we return to this place it will be because of PEOPLE <3 <3 <3 Your truly, Nejra and Sonny from Bosnia <3

Excellent, tranquil hotel

My wife and I enjoyed our time here very much. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded up to the pool view room and gave us one dinner at the a la carte Oriental Hotel free of charge. The staff were very professional and courteous. The beach was sandy and very clean, and there was a beach bar and a pool bar that were very accessible. Buffet food was varied and delicious and the staff at the restaurant from chefs to waiters were top notch. I would recommend this hotel and I would consider coming again. Thank you for a lovely time. My only criticism of the hotel is the lack of Wi-Fi outside reception.

Diving center is great!

The hotel itself is ok, but for me the best thing turned out to be the diving center FunFly which is located on the hotel territory. Diving just made my vacation! I visited Egypt for the first time and was so amazed by the clarity of the sea and the amount of fauna I’d never seen before that I immediately went for diving lessons and it was a great decision
